Captavi QixSuite is a hosted or SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) multi-channel content delivery and online marketing system. Captavi QixSuite is a software platform designed for marketing, business development, event marketing, and sales organization to greatly simplify repetitive best-practices marketing steps. The Captavi QixSuite system is unique in that it seamlessly integrates four marketing applications to:
- Publish and manage an organization’s online presence (website, landing page environment, partner portal, microsite, etc.) with a Web Content Management System (CMS) -- QixSite™.
- Collect and profile prospects, customers, partners, media representations, shareholders, and employees with a built-in Contact Relationship Management (CRM) system -- QixDatabase™.
- Send personalized email marketing campaigns, based on the segment-driven and opt-in distribution lists with an integrated Email Marketing Application -- QixCampaign™.
- Provide online event registration and attendee management with QixReg™.
Who Should Use This User Guide?
This guide is provided for designated Captavi QixSuite Administrators. In order to access the Captavi QixSuite Control Panel, a username and password must be issued by the organization-owner of the subscription. As a Captavi QixSuite Administrator, it is not required to know HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript or MySQL. Captavi QixSuite provides the ability to manage Web-based content, HTML email campaigns and your contact database without training in any of these technical disciplines.
Captavi QixSuite Technical Requirements
Captavi QixSuite requires the following to operate properly:
- A standards-compliant Web browser, including: Firefox v3.5+/PC or Mac, Internet Explorer v7.0+, or Safari v4.0+.
- DSL Internet access is preferred, but not required. Speed is dependent on the user’s Internet bandwidth.
